how to make extra money online? by IT

how to make extra money online? is it possible for me to earn money? these questions are frequently asked by those people who puts most of their time on the internet. Well, there are many answers to this questions. but are these answers are right? To tell you the sad truth, most of the answers to this questions that can be found on the internet are those you are not looking for. Here are several answers to our question here some are crap and some proved to be effective:

Money Making Programs. There are lots of them out there in the internet that promises you that you will earn extra money by using it but will actually lure you to something you cant use to earn the promised extra money.

There are also tons of ebooks that claims that they will teach you the "how to's" of making money online but will actually take too much of your time for nothing in return.

Filling up online surveys. These can make you money online. But it is not consistent and some online survey sites requires membership fees. so think before you join one.

Selling Stuffs Online. You can sell just about anything online via ebay or amazon. So if you have stuffs to sell sell it online. This could make good cash.

Blogging. Make money out of a Blog. Yes, you can monetize your blog or web page. "What is a blog?" I can hear you asking. The word "blog" is short for "weblog". It's a web page where you can write anything you want to write and publish on the internet. How to make money out of blogging? By showing ads in your blog with the help of google adsense. What is google adsense? It is a program that lets publishers and bloggers to show advertisements in their web pages or blog and when a visitor of that blog clicks on the ads rovided by google adsense the publisher gets paid by google adsense. To do this you must first have to set up your blog. A free blog will do. I recommend Blogger. com. Just sign u there. Don't worry, its free. once you your blog set up, you can start posting or writing about the topic that you want to write about. Tip: choose an interesting topic. The ones that other people are interested in. Then sign up an application for Google Adsense. You'll have to wait for a week for your application to be approved but sometimes it only takes 2 to 3 days. Once your application is approved you can now login to your google adsense account and from there follow the instructions how to set up your ads that you want to display in your blog. Once you have the ads showing in your blog you can then expect money from it when someone gets to click on the ads showing in it. So you may want to promote your blog by all means to generate traffic/visitors to your blog but be sure to read the Terms of Service of Google first for there are some restrictions about generating traffic. So be careful when joining "free traffic" programs though traffic/visitors is the key to making money out of blogs.

Blogging has proved to be very effective for making extra money over the internet for quite a long time now.

If you think you can write well about something that others are interested in, go blogging and make money out of it.

Cheers!

PROBLOGGING: MAKING MONEY FROM BLOGS by indah

A weblog (or simply blog) is a website that 'publishes' or features articles, written by an individual or a group that make use of any or a combination of the following: ·Straight texts ·Photographs or images (photoblog) ·Video (videoblog) ·Audio files (audioblog) ·Hyperlinks Usually presented and arranged in reverse chronological order, blogs are essentially used for the following purposes: ·Online journal or a web diary ·Content managament system ·Online publishing platform

A typical blog has the following components:

·Post date -the date and time of the blog entry

·Category - the category that the blog belongs to

·Title - the title of the blog

·RSS and trackback - links the blog back from other sites

·Comments - commentaries that are added by readers

·Perm links - the URL of the full article

·Other optional items - calendar, archives, blogrolls, and add-ons or plug-ins

A blog can also have a footer, usually found at the bottom of the blog, that shows the post date, the author, the category, and the 'stats'.

There are numerous types of blogs. Some of them are the following:

1. Political blog - on news, politics, activism, and other issue based blogs (such as campaigning).

2. Personal blog - also known as online diary that may include an individual's day-to-day experience, complaints, poems, and illicit thoughts, and communications between friends,(cry my heart's out).

3. Health blog - on specific health issues,(my fitness guru) Medical blog is a major category of health blog that features medical news from health care professionals and/or actual patient cases.

4. Literary blog - also known as litblog.

5. Travel blog - with focus on a traveler's stories on a particular journey.

Blogging is typically done on a regular (almost daily) basis. The term "blogging" refers to the act of authoring, maintaining, or adding an article to an existing blog, while the term "blogger" refers to a person or a group who keeps a blog.

Millions of blogs can be found in the Internet today. This figure is continuously growing, as the availability of various blog software, tools, and other applications make it easier for just about anyone to update or maintain the blog (even those with little or no technical background),like me.

Problogging (professional blogging) refers to blogging for a profit. Probloggers (professional bloggers) are people who make money from blogging (as an individual blog publisher or a hired blogger).

Below are just some of the many money-making opportunities for probloggers:

·Advertising programs ·Affiliate Programs ·Digital assets ·Blog network writing gigs ·Business blog writing gigs ·Flipping blogs ·Merchandising ·Consulting and speaking

The following are a few things that you need to consider if you want to be successful in problogging:

1. Be patient. Problogging requires a lot of time and effort, not to mention a long-term vision.

2. Know your audience. Targeting a specific audience or group is a key to building a readership.

3. Be an 'expert'. Focus on a specific niche topic and strive to be the "go-to" blogger on that topic.

4. Diversify. Experiment with various add and affiliate programs that enable you to make money online (aside from blogging),such as http://www.simplyrichsg.com/ind

5. Do not bore your readers. Focus on the layout.Be creative.

Certainly, it is possible to earn money from blogs. One just needs to take risks, the passion, and the right attitude in order to be a successful problogger. And me?Still learning and reading and making money...

How To Make Money From Passions by Maverick Money Makers © 1997 - 2009

To make money online many people jump right in before they are properly prepared. You know that to be a rocket scientist, a doctor, a brick layer, a construction worker, an office worker, a teacher there are prerequisites, things you must learn, before you can be successful, you don't just jump right in unprepared.

The same applies to the Internet marketing industry even though there are unsavory people out there who'd have you believe it's a "Walk in the Park" and requires no more than the belief that you can just do it.

And I'll have to admit, it is a walk in the park compared to what you have to put up with in the working world punching a clock being a subordinate to someone who does not have your interests in mind, but there are still rules you have to follow and pitfalls you must avoid to actually make Internet marketing work for you.

Most people will not make a dime online and yet there are others who will make more in one month than most people make in a whole year. Why is that?

My answer begins with the age-old chicken or egg question, "what comes first the chicken or the egg"? Personally I vote for, well never mind, each argument you or I make comes back to the same old conclusion - I have no clue and I don't think many of us do either.

But one thing I do have a clue about and know for sure is that to make money online you must first have Passion for the company products and/or service of any Internet business from which you expect to make money.

Passion in this sense simply means that you've researched and like the company and products or services. It is then that you translate that like (or Passion) into the education, excitement and work that usually accompany Passion.

I will have to say that many online entrepreneurs are so good at what they do that they ignore passion because they can sell anything. But I'm concerned about those of you who are not so knowledgeable at working an online business successfully.

Now, I'm not trying to make anyone believe that Passion is the only thing necessary. Because to be successful you must also have a good website, good marketing, widespread advertising, company support, effective keywords, and etc. Those things are often learned from the company you join - but sidestep Passion and you reduce your chances for success dramatically.

It therefore follows that, if you have no Passion for the company and the products and services provided by that company, again, you won't attempt to do the work you are being taught.

Internet marketing work is typically not all that difficult or time consuming but it does take motivation caused by Passion to get you off and running with a sustained effort so that you won't stumble.

You have a great resource in the Internet search engines to search about the Internet Marketing industry for business opportunities, USE IT!

Your research should uncover a company that you like and have confidence in. It should be solid, founded on great principles, and easy to understand with great products and services that are sell-able for which you can have Passion. If you don't find it move on, You can find the right opportunity containing the attributes identified above.

Comments like, well, that one sounds good and the compensation plan is excellent so I guess I'll start that business - does not sound like a decision based on anything near Passion. And remember when you hear that an Internet "guru" does that, don't be tempted, because as I said earlier they are experienced and can sell just about anything, without being Passionate about the company products and services.

Note: By the way it's your goal to get to the point where you can sell about anything online. That end skill and goal is a worthy one indeed.

Remember, there are other steps you must make before you step into Internet Marketing but if you don't first find the right company products and services to be passionate about, all of those other steps may just cause you a lot of frustration instead of bringing you great success.

Not being Passionate about a company and products and services that has market proof that it will sell is a pitfall you simply must avoid.

The History of Blogging by IT

Although blogging is a fairly recent invention and is getting more and more popular, its concept is not new at all. Electronic communities had existed long before the internet The AP wire was in many ways much like a large chat room where there were "wire fights" and electronic conversations.

Amateur ham radio operators were also an electronic community, these individuals set up their own equipment for transmitting information in order to communicate directly with others. Interestingly, in the early 1980s ham radio also had blogs called "glogs" that were nothing but personal diaries made using wearable computers.

Digital communities took many forms - Usenet, email lists and bulletin board services. In the 90s internet forum soft ware's created running conversations with threads. The term "thread," in reference to successive messages on one particular topic, comes from email lists and Usenet terminology, and "to post" from electronic bulletin boards, borrowing usage directly from their predecessors. In fact, many of the terms from blogging come from here.

Diarists also kept journals on the internet and most called themselves online diarists, journalists, or journalers. A few called themselves "escribitionists." It is still undecided as to who invented or created the "first" blog. According to Wikipedia, Justin Hall who began his proto-blog in 1994 as a student is often credited with being the first online journalers, and thus the forefather of modern-day blogging.

The origin of the term "weblog" is also uncertain. In December 1997, Jorn Barger coined the term weblog on his own blog. The shorter version, "blog," was coined by Peter Merholz, who broke the word weblog into the phrase "we blog" in 1999. This interesting play on words became popular and "blog" as a short form not only became a household noun, but also as a verb. Moreover, "to blog" and "blogging" not only came to mean a person editing or making a post to his or her own weblog, but ultimately it became a popular in the English speaking world. Even the Oxford English Dictionary soon included the terms "weblog", "web logging" and "web logger" and in 2004, Merriam-Webster's Dictionary declared "blog" as the word of the year.

In 1998 there were very few sites that were blogs but soon after that, blogs grew in popularity. In a year's time, the total number of blogs was estimated to be around 50, and 5 years later, there were millions.

You can create a blog for any purpose. It may be for your business or just to ventilate your own experience which is in other words your personal blog. Starting a blog is not all. You have to update the blog on a daily basis. Any important happenings of a day can be posted as a blog post. The title you apply to your blog post should be unique. The blog platform can be used for any topic you feel deserving. Business blogs are different. These blogs are used for communicating with the community for which it has been set up. It may contain the information about the products, about the employees, about the dealers and all other connected ones for the promotion of the business.

It has become tremendously popular in the last few years, and some of the biggest and best known blogs attract more visitors than any other industry. Individual blogs are the product of their author's imagination, interest and humor, and it is this personal touch which has made them so popular.

How to Profit From a Blog By IT

How to Profit From a Blog

Blogs can be for profit or non-profit but most bloggers blog for the purpose of making money. There may be some contents published to simply provide an outlet for voicing the bloggers' opinions and share their thoughts. However, the general population of bloggers has the intention of profiting financially. Fortunately, there are several methods of profiting from a blog and applying these methods can help you gain money.

The Advertisements

Selling space for advertisers is one of the most common ways to profit from a blog. Since blogs that have a considerable amount of traffic can make income with ad sales, make sure that you have a target audience. The reason why bloggers choose to sell advertising is that it is a passive form of income once the traffic has progressed. Although it takes work to look for advertisers and maintain the ads on the blog, those who can achieve it can gain a reasonable amount of money with the ads.

Compared to other forms of profiting from a blog, selling advertisement space can be one of the most consistent revenue streams. If you are able to maintain your ad slots filled, you should have a very good idea of just how much you can make every month.

On the negative side, selling ads requires you to have some kind of established traffic. Traffic is important because it draws interest from potential advertisers. You might find it hard to sell an ad space without traffic and it will most likely not produce much revenue. Additionally, the blog must have a target audience in order to achieve the maximum amount of cash for advertisement space. Remember that advertisers are more likely to pay if your target audience is a match to theirs.

Affiliate programs are also a major resource of profits for several bloggers. Affiliate programs are excellent in a sense that they enable you to have the opportunity to make money even if your blog has a small audience. However, one bad side to affiliate programs is that there can be instances where you cannot make any money at all.

Newly created blogs feature affiliate ads most of the time compared to selling space directly to advertisers. Since selling ads is hard to do without much traffic, affiliate programs are perfect for new blogs. More so, they can be easily maintained and only take very little time.

Promoting and Premium Content

Bloggers who are service providers at the same time have an excellent opportunity to look for clients and increase their rates. Maintaining a blog that focuses on your area of expertise can help you easily become a recognized authority in your field. Additionally, it can aid potential clients to find you. You can also benefit from the increase in demand of your services and improved reputation that you build, which enable you to charge more for your services.

Aside from promoting your services, selling premium contents are also excellent ways to profit from a blog. Blogs are a massive source of information and remember that not everything has to be free. There are bloggers and businesses that attained success by selling some of their work. There are blogs that sell memberships on their Web sites. Although selling premium content is possible in any field, you must have the capability to give something to the reader that is worth paying for.
